FAQ

How many sessions should I expect?  Sometimes it only takes one session. Sometimes we just need some time to process out loud and get refocused with practical and customized attention and ideas for effective redecisions. Sometimes we just need permission to say yes or no to life and jump in or stop whatever it is that needs to change.

What if I want more sessions than just this 75 minute session?  I offer Focused Life Coaching packages to save you money and commit your focus to a schedule of accountability and completions towards your chosen goals.

I live in another state, or country. All sessions are by telephone, so you can be anywhere in the world.
